    Do you know how to get a, um, regular Nikon camera to focus on a particular point? For close-ups?

    What do you mean by regular? Point and shoot?

    I especially love the solitary snowy tree in the field picture, it's beautiful. Good shots! These are around Ellensburg from your walk?
